mppt voltage: any adjustable, different solar modules MPPT voltage is different, even mppt voltage can not be adjusted mppt solar controller, can it be called mppt? Low power design. Note: Please adjust the output voltage before charging and closely monitor the battery voltage to prevent overcharging! Do not charge unprotected lithium batteries!
Debugging method:
Step 1: Connect the solar cell, not the charged bottle, if the output voltage step 2. If there is no output, slowly turn down MPPT counterclockwise until there is output voltage.
Step 2: Turn down the output voltage counterclockwise until the red and blue lights flash, then turn down the output voltage coarse to full cut-off voltage
Step 3: Plug in the battery with no power, and monitor the charging current with a series ammeter at the output end, and fine-tune the MPPT potentiometer until the charging current.
Step 4: Plug in the battery that is just full. If the blue light is on, increase the output voltage clockwise until the red light is on. Then slowly reduce the output voltage counterclockwise until the blue light is on, and then measure with a multimeter to determine whether the cut-off voltage is correct to avoid overcharging! If the MPPT voltage value of solar panels is known, (MPPT voltage value can be directly asked to sell solar panels to your seller.)
The method of replacing solar energy with regulated power supply:
Step 1: Adjust the regulated power supply to the solar MPPT voltage (e.g. 18V)
Step 2: The voltage regulator power supply is connected to the input end, not to the charged battery. If the output voltage is present, increase the MPPT clockwise until there is no voltage output. Then slowly turn down the MPPT counterclockwise until the output voltage is just right.
Step 3: Turn down the output voltage counterclockwise until the red and blue lights flash, then turn down the output voltage coarse to full cut-off voltage
Step 4: Plug in the battery that is just fully charged. If the blue light is on, increase the output voltage clockwise until the red light is on.
