Do not buy this please. Calorie is same with white rice if not higher. They add rice flour which defeats the purpose of being on a diet and choosing Shirataki.
Total waste of money :(

The Superfood Grocer Dry Shirataki Rice Konjac
- comes in duo and 4 SAVER PACK bundles
HOW TO PREPARE
Add an equal amount of hot water to uncooked shirataki rice at a 1:1 ratio. (e.g. 1/2 cup of hot water for every 1/2 cup or 100g of uncooked shirataki rice)
Steeping Method: Cover and let it sit for 10 minutes until dry and fluffy.
Microwave Method: Cover and heat in the microwave for 3-4 minutes until dry and fluffy.
Ingredients: Rice Flour, Konjac Powder, Water, Insulin, and Yeast
