5.1 Rated Current (Cos# = 0.7) AC250V-2A
5.2 Disconnection Temperature: 30℃ ~ 150℃ Reset Temperature 20℃ ~ 110℃ (See Drawing for Details).
5.3 Tensile Test: The Lead End of the Product Should Be Able to Withstand the Tensile Force Greater than Or Equal to 20N, and the Wire Will Not Break Or Slide out.
A. The Product Should Be Able to Withstand Ac660v between Leads during Disconnection, Lasting for 1Min without Breakdown Flashover Phenomenon; B. The Product Leads and Insulation Shell Can Withstand Ac1800v for 1S without Breakdown Flashover Phenomenon;
5.5 Insulation Resistance: Under Normal Conditions, the Insulation Resistance between the Lead Wire and the Insulation Shell Is above 100 Mohm.
5.6 Contact Resistance: the Contact Resistance of the Product Should Not Be Greater than 50mΩ.
5.7 High Temperature Resistance Test: the Product Is Kept in an Air Environment Higher than the Rated Operating Temperature of 50℃ for 96 Hours.
5.8 Low Temperature Resistance Test: the Product Is Kept in the Air Environment of-40℃ for 96 Hours.
5.9 Anti-Vibration Test: Thermal Protector Should Be Able to Withstand Amplitude 1.5mm, Frequency Change 10~55Hz, Scanning Change Cycle 3~5 Times/Min, Vibration Direction X, Y, Z, each Direction Vibrates Continuously for 2 Hours.
5.10 Drop Test: the Product Falls Freely Once from a Height of 0.7M.
5.11 Compression Test: the Product Should Be Able to Withstand 100N Static Pressure for 1Min.
5.7,5.8,5.9,5.10,5.11 Tests Should Meet the following Conditions: A. The Change of Disconnection Temperature Should Be Within 7℃ of the Initial Value; B. Contact Resistance Should Be below 100 MOhm; C. The Appearance Should Be Free of Obvious Deformation; D. The Conductor Has No Cracking Damage.
Under the Condition That the Rated Voltage, Current and Power Factor of the Product Are 0.7, Adding Heat Source to Make It Operate 4000 Times, the following Conditions Should Be Met: a Change of Disconnection Temperature Should Be Within 5℃ of the Initial Value; B Contact Resistance Should Be below 50 MOhm; C Continue to Test to 6000 Times after the Action.
7.1 The Heating Rate of Disconnection Temperature Detection Should Be Controlled to 1℃/1Min;
7.2 The Product Cannot Bear Strong Impact Force and Oppression Force during Use;
