•Cooking Procedure:

• Pre-heat a non-stick pan or lightly greased pan over medium heat

• Combine 1 ½ cup (250 grams) of pancake mix and ¾ cup (175ml) water

• Mix batter until fairly smooth (do not over mix)

• Pour 2 tablespoons of batter in pre-heated pan

• Cook until bubbles on the surface of the pancake popped (about 1-2 minutes). Flip and cook the other side until light golden brown (another 1 minute)
