How to make Corn Muffin by Kenny Rogers
Ingredients:
1 1/2 Cups all purpose flour
3/4 cup corn meal
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup honey
2 large eggs
1/2 cup whole corn
1/2 cup milk
Procedure
- Mix sa seperate bowl ang dry and wet ingredients.
- Ilagay ang mix dry ing sa wet mix well but dont overmix po
- Add milk then mix po uli until incorporated
- Lastly add the corn
- Bake po sa 180 degrees celsius for 20 mins, then enjoy Corn Muffin by Kenny Rogers
