Miguelitos Hotcake Mix also called as pancake is a flat cake, often thin and round, prepared from a stared-based batter that may contain eggs, milk and butter and cooked on a hot surface such as griddle or frying pan, often frying with oil of butter.

Store in a cool dry place (15°C-30°C) away from direct sunlight, high temperature, moisture, foreign odor and other contaminants.
• In a mixing bowl, pour 500 grams of hotcake premix and mix with 500 mL chilled water.
• Beat until batter mix texture is smooth and even.
• Rest mixture for 5 minutes.
• Pour mixture in desired shape onto a pre-heated greased pan.
• Wait for the bubbles to appear on top before flipping to cook the other side.
