Product description
Like all medications, this drug may cause side effects, although not everyone experiences them. If you notice any of the following serious side effects, stop using Mebendazole Tablets immediately and inform your doctor right away, as you may require urgent medical attention:
•Sudden swelling of your face or throat, hives (also known as nettle rash or urticaria), severe skin irritation, reddening, or blistering. These could indicate a severe allergic reaction.
•Blistering of the skin, mouth, eyes, and genitals.
•Convulsions (fits).
•Fever or flu-like symptoms, which may be an early sign of Stevens-Johnson syndrome, a severe skin reaction.
Please inform your doctor or pharmacist if you experience any of the following side effects:
Common:
•Stomach pain.
Uncommon:
•Stomach discomfort.
•Diarrhea.
•Flatulence (wind).
Rare:
•Rash.
•Inflammation of the liver.
•Changes in liver enzymes (as detected in blood tests).
•Reduction in white blood cells (as detected in blood tests), which may increase your risk of infections.
•Unusual hair loss.
•Dizziness.
Very rare:
•Inflammation of the kidneys.
•Nausea.
•Vomiting.
