Product description
Germination: Before sowing, expose the seeds to sunlight for 1-2 days to break their dormancy, then soak them in warm water for 3 hours, then wrap them with wet gauze and place them in a warm place (25-30 ℃) for germination. When 70% of the seeds are white, they can be sown. To reduce diseases, seeds can be disinfected before germination. ‌
Choosing planting containers: It is not recommended to use black containers as they are more likely to absorb heat and are not conducive to the development of plant roots. Plastic foam, fresh box, plastic basin, bucket, small wooden box, iron box, mineral water bottle, etc. can be used as planting containers, and drainage/exhaust holes are reserved at the bottom.
Making nutrient soil: You can use kitchen waste, eggshells, leaves, sand, mixed fertilizers, banana peels, and other materials to make your own nutrient soil. Firstly, lay a layer of sand and mixed fertilizer on the basin, then place kitchen waste, followed by banana peels and eggshells, then add tree leaves, and finally lay a layer of sand and mixed soil. After watering thoroughly, place it in sunlight for 10 to 15 days, keeping it moist during this period, and complete it in about 30 days.
Controlling excessive growth and preserving flowers and fruits: For melons, fruits, and vegetables, timely control of excessive growth can be achieved by combining pinching and topping with foliar spraying. For fruit trees, timely pruning of branches is generally carried out in winter and early spring. When preserving flowers and fruits, fertilizers such as potassium dihydrogen phosphate, water-soluble boron, and brassinolide should be sprayed according to the growth stage of the crop.
Home planting tips: Use discarded items such as laundry detergent bottles to make watering tools, or poke a few holes in the bottle cap for watering. Use carrots, mango pits, peach pits, etc. for home planting, leaving the roots soaked in water and waiting for germination before transplanting into the soil.
Special planting methods: such as using tea bags, vegetable baskets, broken mangoes and other daily necessities as planting containers or materials, as well as using household waste such as rice washing water and rice washing water for plant planting. ‌
