All other eyeshadows are very pigmented and in good condition except for the shimmer ones they came broken so just be careful, but they are very responsive and considerate they did provide hacks or instructions to fix it, nonetheless it’s still worth it for me. 🤍

HOW TO USE:
Use a brush to apply the shadow over the eye area. For a diffused effect, blend it in using a circular motion. To enhance color impact, use a pressing motion.
For an even bolder look, use fingertips to apply shimmer shadows.
To add dimension, amplify intensity, and boost staying power, use the appropriate Issy eye makeup base before applying eyeshadow.
