Super Plasticizer concrete hardener or admixture are ideal for reducing the curing time of your precast concrete by 50% curing reduce time, manpower cost, water, fuel, money, labor, etc. Because of its super water reducing capability a high strength concrete is attained.
Super Plasticizer also known as high range water reducers, are additives used in making high strength concrete. Plasticizers are chemical compounds that enable the production of concrete with approximately 15% less water content. common mixing is 0.8 to 2% only versus weight of cement. example 1bag cement is 40kg add 220ml to 600ml of this super Plasticizer. It has no chloride nor sugar that causes steel corrosions. But if you add fine sand plus gravel or called 1:2:3 ratio of cement mixing, you have to compute by weight. chat us if you need further information no problem.
Best mixing is directly mixing it to sand or concrete mix.

Example mixing of 1:2:3 ratio is 1=holcim cement, 2=fine sand, 3=coarse sand. Example 1bag cement =40kg then 2 bags fine sand at 40kg per bag=80kg then 3bags coarse sand = 120kg. Grand total volume is 240kg all in all at (1:2:3 ratio). So 240kg total aggregate X 2% plasticizer 4.8kg or 4.8Liters of plasticizer
