Vegetable seeds of all kinds, cucumbers, green eggplants, kale, Taiwanese gourds, carrots, purple cabbage, pumpkins,...

Soak seeds in warm water 30-40 degrees C (ratio of 2 boiling: 3 cold) for 6 hours, then rinse and bring seeds to incubate in a damp towel. Spread the seeds evenly on the tissue / cotton ball / makeup remover cotton covered with a similar layer on top, then spray just damp the towel, do not let the towel get wet. Cover with plastic wrap, zip or plastic wrap and place in a dark place (no light and direct sunlight). After about 2 days of testing, any seeds that have cracked fangs are taken to nursery, those that are not up, then incubate, after 4 days if any seeds do not germinate, the seeds are damaged. Standard germinated seeds are about 2-5mm long. If the sprouts are too long, the plant will be weak.

🍀 Step 2: Incubate the seeds

Prepare soil or seed pellets. Soil for sowing the ratio of 5 meat soil - garden soil: 3 finely rotted cow manure: 2 dried coir. Apply the germinated seeds to a depth of 0.3-0.5 cm depending on the diameter of the seeds, large or small, and spray the soil to moisten the seeding soil (the most standard: the depth is 3 times the seed diameter). Check once every 2 days, if the surface of the soil is dry, spray more water to moisten the soil. After the plant sprouts from the ground, bring it to a location with direct sunlight for 6-8 hours. When the tree is 7-10 cm tall, the stem is sturdy, produces 3-5 large cotyledons, then move to a large pot to plant.

🍀 How to mix soil:

Mixing ratio includes 50% soil; 20% rotted manure has been treated; 10% rice husk ash; 10% treated coir; 5% coal slag (honeycomb charcoal soaked in water for 2 days, then crushed and mixed only once into new soil); 5% rice bran + chicken manure pellets + bat manure + fish bran (bran used in livestock) and other preparations if any. Allow about a week for the soil to dry before planting.

Renovate old land:

At the end of each life cycle of the island plant, loosen the soil, then sprinkle with lime and mix well (about 1 handful of lime/10kg of soil) for 5-7 days to dry the soil, then add the fertilizers as above, water the island evenly. From 1-2 days later, new planting (if you don't mix rice bran + fish bran, you can always plant it).
