It wasn't wrap properly. Basa ung bottle nya kc may nabuhos hnd kasi naka roll ng maayos ang bubble wrap, proper sealed naman yung product..
As for its effectivity, not yet sure. Hope it can really minimize the hair growth.. ❤️
