Hi, can you replace mine. I just received it today and I tried it, the blade is not working properly. The hair is stocking on the blade and he didn't serve the purpose to shave or cut. Its quite painful . Also, the microfoil head is not working even I if I touch it on my skin. Please do something.

Tried it once pa lang. It can shave both underarms in just a minute. Hopefully magtagal yung product for long time para sulit ang price. I ordered complete set but kulang yung items nung na-received ko, sent a message kay seller, thankfully very responsive. They immediately sent the missing items.
