1. When will you ship out my order?

If the product is ON-HAND (not pre-order), we will ship out your order within 1-2 days. Ship out time is NOT delivery time.

 

2. When will my order arrived?

The delivery time will depends on the selected courier and your location. We do not have the estimated time for delivery. You may visit the courier website to track your parcel or call the courier hotline to follow up.

We ensure to quality check all the product and secure the packaging prior shipping. We regret to say almost all of the damaged item are caused by the mishandling of the courier.

 

4. What if I received a damaged item?

We highly recommend to test the product immediately after receiving and let us know immediately if any issue found. We will coordinate with TikTok Shop regarding the issue.

However, as an important note, we do not accept return once buyer has confirmed "ORDER RECEIVED", any issue found after confirmation should be communicated directly to the brand manufacturer.
