Panthenol and Hyaluronic acid provides hydration for flaky skin to retain skin’s moisture.
How to use
Recommended for night-time routine. **To be used during the daytime, the product should be followed by a broad-spectrum sunscreen rated SPF 30 or higher.
After cleansing, soak a cotton pad and swipe a thin layer of the liquid over the skin, avoiding the eye and mouth area.
Pat gently so that it can absorb well. Do not wash it off. Leave your skin for 2 mins and move onto the next skincare steps (essence, moisturizer, etc)
Use this 2~3 times a week, build up the regularity according to your skin’s reaction and condition. Do not use this product with vitamin C products or additional exfoliators. Too much exfoliation may irritate your skin. (Using the product with AHA/BHA Toner is ok since it’s very mild).

BHA: penetrates into pores and removes excessive oil and sebum which can cause blackheads and acne "
