This packet contains the base for making Kagoshima-style ramen for two people, including thin ramen noodles, seasoning oil, roasted onions, and soup seasoning with pork extract from Berkshire Black Pigs, which are raised exclusively in Kagoshima.

How To Cook Kagoshima-style ramen is now almost too easy!

• Bring 480ml of water to boil. Add one bunch of noodles and cook for approximately 3 minutes 30 seconds, or until noodles are at the desired softness.

• Turn off the heat and add one sachet each of powdered soup, seasoning oil, and roasted onions. Stir through to combine.

• Serve in a large bowl and enjoy while hot! We recommend adding various toppings such as sliced pork, bean sprouts, cabbage, and spring onion.
