STORAGE CONDITION
Store in a cool dry place (15°C-30°C) away from direct sunlight, high temperature, moisture, foreign odor and other contaminants.
PROCEDURE
1.Combine 1 pack of Miguelitos Instant Puto Bumbong Mix with 1 cup water and mix.
2.Add another 1/4 cup of water to the mixture and continue mixing until it becomes firm.
3.Rest dough for at least 1 hour and grate to achieve coarse powder texture.
4.Grease bamboo steamer with margarine and fill
5.Apply margarine then top with shredded coconut.
6.Serve with muscovado sugar.
