DESCRIPTION:
Laminating film is made of a base film, such as polyester or PVC, and is then coated with an adhesive. Adhesives can be activated either by thermal heat or by high pressure. Laminating films provide a protective covering that seals materials between two layers of plastic. This affords an all-round protective surface that is both flexible and sturdy. Laminating films can thus be employed for various uses, everything from protecting documents to creating ID cards.
