This product does not have expiration date due to the nature of alc. (14%) ingredient. The date indicated on the bottle is the date of manufacture. Can be use up to two years from production date printed on each bottle.
Mirin or Mirim in Korean is used to enhance a dish and give it a little bit of concentrated sweetness, or to remove undesirable odors from fish and meat and make them even more delicious. It can also be used in marinades as a tenderizer.
