Ottogi Mi Hyang, is ideal for seasoning poultry, fish, and meat. It is in fact, the perfect alternative to Japanese Mirin. Its mild and sweet flavour adds a slight acidity to a number of dishes. You can use it as an ingredient for sauces or to season. It is also ideal to use in marinades as it acts as a meat tenderizer. It is the perfect store cupboard staple.
