Celeteque Hydration Micellar Water has a Natural Moisturizing Factor (NMF) which improves skin moisture by up to 35% upon application.

How To Use
Moisten cotton pad with Celeteque® DermoScience™ Hydration Micellar Water and apply to face and neck using gentle circular upward strokes. If removing eye make-up, just hold the cotton pad over closed eyes.
