WHAT IS AN E-SIM?

HOW TO ACTIVATE YOUR eSIM:

FOR ANDROID PHONES:

1. Go to Settings > Connections.

2. Tap on SIM card manager.

3. Select Add eSIM.

4. Choose Add using QR code.

5. Scan the QR code.

6. Follow on-screen prompts and register the esim via DITO app.

7. Restart your phone and enjoy your eSIM.

FOR IOS PHONES*:

1. Go to Settings > Cellular.

2. Select Add eSIM.

3. Choose Add using QR code.

4. Scan the QR code.

5. Follow on-screen prompts and register the esim via DITO app.

6. Restart your phone and enjoy your eSIM.

* Note: iOS devices currently support only 4G data.

Still can’t access the data service? Try these steps (may vary per model):

1. Insert your DITO SIM Card on your mobile device.​

2. Go to “Settings” and click “Mobile Network”. Then choose “Access Point Name”​.

3. Click “Add button” and manually type “internet.dito.ph” on the APN field. After that, click “Save”​.

4. Enable your “Mobile Data”.

To enable VoLTE for iOS devices:

1. Go to "Settings" and click "Cellular".

2. Choose "Voice & Data".

3. Enable "VoLTE" option.
