How to use:

1.The "ON/OFF" BUTTON:

3.The "+" BUTTON:

The treadmill after start-up can be used to adjust the speed, the step 1KM/time, press 1 time increasing 0.5KM, maximum 6KM/H. Press speed with key switch to tour functions.

 

4. The "-" BUTTON:

The treadmill after start-up can be used to adjust the speed, the step 1KM/time, press 1 time decreasing 0.5KM, maximum 1KM/H. Press speed with key switch to tour functions.
