Instructions for Use
Trim the mouth guard to the appropriate size according to your mouth shape.
Soak the mouth guard in hot water (70-80Β°C) for 20 seconds to soften it.
Place the mouth guard in your mouth and gently bite down with your upper and lower teeth.
During the wearing period, use your hand and tongue to assist the mouth-guard's positioning, maintaining the pressure for 30 seconds after removal. Then, soak the mouth guard in cold water to set.
After each use, clean the mouth guard with clean water and dry it before storing it in the box.
