MAXTEN Oxidizer and Hair Bleaching Set
Inclusions:
-Maxten Oxidizer
-Bleaching Powder
Mix equal parts together and apply it to hair. Avoid product touching the scalp if scalp is sensitive. Leave for 20-40mins
the higher the % the more "tapang / lakas" it is, hence mas light po ang result if higher percent
Repeat to achieve the desired lightness of the hair
recommended:
1 set = short/men hair
2 set = neck length hair
3 set = shoulder length hair
