How To:

Matte

Apply the Eye Paint Solo on the center of the lid, then gently blend it out using a finger or brush to work on the edges. To build up colors, let one layer dry first before applying it over the top. 

Pro Tip: You can also use it as a base for powder eyeshadows

Metallic

Using your fingers or a flat brush, start by patting the Eye Paint Solo at the inner corners of your eye then work your way outwards. Layer the shimmer gradually until the desired sparkle is achieved.
