* The screen is very fragile, incorrect installation method will cause the screen to crack, please be sure to test before using glue or screws to install. If the test works fine at first, but there are a lot of lines after installation, it is because the screen was broken and damaged during installation. This case will void the warranty on the screen.

- Once your order has been picked up, you will not be able to change your address and contact number nor cancel your order. Please confirm the address is correct and whether you really need the product before placing an order.

About receiving:

- Please check the packaging and screen appearance as soon as you receive the goods. If the goods are damaged or broken, please do not install with glue/screws and take pictures to contact us.

How to test the screen:

1. Turn off your device and remove the battery or battery cable to ensure the device is powered off.

2. Disconnect the original screen cable from the motherboard.

3. Connect the flex cable of the new screen to the motherboard.

4. Power on and test the display and touch functionality.

About the warranty:

- Please test the screen first when you receive the package, if the screen is damaged, please do not install it on your phone! There will be no warranty after installation.

- If the screen test does not work perfectly, we can offer a refund or replacement, but only if the screen is not installed.

- No warranty is provided for artificially damaged screens.

- If you are not a technician, we will not provide warranty for your self-installed screen.

- If the screen is damaged or unusable, please provide proof of screen packaging, test pictures and pictures of the front and back of the screen. If there is no proof picture, we will refuse to refund.
