7. Warranty. The handset in the DITO Prepaid Phone Kit is covered by a seven-day replacement warranty and a one-year service warranty, both valid from the date of purchase. These warranties are granted only to the original purchaser of the DITO Prepaid Phone Kit.
8. To avail of warranty, the customer must show proof that the product was purchased from an authorized DITO Prepaid Phone Kit distributor.
9. Warranty does not apply if the handset in the DITO Prepaid Phone Kit has been
altered, repaired or otherwise tampered with by unauthorized persons and/or is used or subjected to the unintended usage of a product of its nature.
10. Once availed, the promo is non-refundable / non-replaceable / non-exchangeable. Promo is only valid for the subscriber’s DITO-compatible mobile phone where the purchased DITO SIM and Promo are installed.
11. The promo cannot be used in conjunction with any unlimited promo offers, discount available and other exclusive promo offers.
12. The promo cannot be converted to cash, credit, or other goods and services of DITO.
