First time user here and yes it delivered its claims. Not drying to the skin. Hopefully, this will be my all time/permanent face wash already. Packaged well. Product is so protected. Aside from the bubble wrap in the product itself, the box was wrapped in bubble wrap as well. Definitely a must try
