All 5 cups arrived cracked. While the item is inexpensive and fragile, the seller should have packed it properly, using a box or bubble wrap to prevent damage. Now, with my friend’s bridal shower in a few days, I’m scrambling to find replacement cups since online orders won’t arrive in time.
