AVAILABLE COLORS:

PINK/RED - mild scrubbing (perfect for sensitive areas), smaller than other colors

GREEN - normal scrubbing (general)

YELLOW - intensive scrubbing (for callous, feet, and other areas with thick skin)

HOW TO USE:

Soak your body in bathtub or shower in hot/lukewarm water for minimum of 15 minutes

Do not use shampoo or soap on body yet. For facial scrubbing, you may use face wash to aid scrubbing.

Start rubbing towel in strong circular motions on your skin until dead skin starts to fall off.

Only use pressure that you can handle. Stop when it feels uncomfortable or when your skin turns red.

Repeat process until satisfied. If you're done, rinse off and continue bath as you normally would.
