WHAT IT IS:
A richly tinted fluid primer that lays the groundwork for smooth eyeshadow application and reveals the striking depth of color pigments.
WHAT IT DOES:
Available in black and white, the opaque formula creates a matte blank canvas on which to apply eyeshadows. This base coat adds intensity and dimension to any color while providing grip for long-lasting hold and smudge-resistant wear.
WHAT MAKES IT SPECIAL:
MEADOWFOAM SEED OIL provides antioxidant benefits while helping to seal in moisture and soften the skin.
SODIUM HYALURONATE is the salt form of hyaluronic acid that exhibits similarly incredibly hydrating properties but penetrates deeper into the skin.
HOW TO USE:
Use the doe-foot applicator to apply a small amount on the eyelids. Blend all over with clean fingertips or a flat eyeshadow brush. Let it dry completely before proceeding with other eye makeup.
STORAGE CONDITION:
Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight and with the lid firmly closed.
