How to use?

-To start using this ice pack, please input 400 mL of water and leave the ice bag upward for few minutes. (only need input water for once)

-The ice pack will be self-sealed and the contents inside will be changed to gel, then store it in freezer for 8-12 hours.

-Place frozen ice pack on top or at the side of the items in the cooler bag or box.
