Direction for use:
After shampoo, rinse hair and towel dry. Set hair with curlers of your desired style and cold wave lotion to each curled hair. Set for 5 to 10 minutes test curl. Reapply cold wave lotion if necessary and leave it until you achieve the hair waves you want to have. Then, apply the neutralizer for 10 minutes for the timer and lasting waves. Use conditioner, rinse with cool water, and towel dry.
