Their D cup has a LOT of coverage.. although the edges would wrinkle when worn like the edges of those lettuce shirts (probably because of the stretching or due to your skin)
overall it holds and supports even when sweating! Highly recommended!

How to wear your tight-ups:
1) Remove plastic film from the tight-ups
2) Set aside the thin plastic film
3) Unhook the tight-ups in the middle
4) Stick each piece on the sides of your breast at a 45 degree angle
5) Join the hooks while pushing your breasts towards the middle
6) Press tight-ups firmly onto the skin
7) Use the tight-ups for 8 hours per day
Note: Hand wash your tight-ups with mild soap and running water as needed.
