Product quality：Poor, the wood is thin and they just put in bubble wrap. And no any note that is fragile.
Packaging : Poor, its broken, its not fault of the driver. Its their fault because their packaging is very poor....
Now giving me hassle for refund..I need to go to any drop point area...I just waste my money.

How to Order
1. Please place your order first and send us the details you want to be personalised. You can choose among our fonts. No details provided after 4 hours we will be obliged to send plain items only. For bulk orders, you may check out multiple times until desired quantity is reached.

2. We will respond via chat to confirm details with you. Please wait patiently as we are also accommodating lots of inquiries. Our shop is open 9am-6pm daily with minimal chat support on weekends.
Shipping & Delivery
3. We ship out 2-3 days after you placed your order. After parcel has been forwarded to courier we don’t have any control on delivery and shipping process. If you have concerns you can message customer service directly. Delivery lead time 2-3 days within MM and 3-7 days to provincials.
Note:
1. Fonts will differ from others. Some may appear bigger, longer or shorter. Generally - The longer the name or text for engraving or decals the shorter the output. Fonts will swashes, tails or glymphs will result in shorter or even smaller output. You may easily check the fonts sample online.
2. Kindly send non filtered high quality photo only for better result. We don’t provide lay out and editing services. For company logo kindly send the vector jpeg format. (Black txt / color with white background only)
3. Laser Engraving will follow the color of the base material. Silvery result for steel and brownish - burnt for bamboo and wooden items.
4. Each item has different engraving surface material, engraving size and engraving approach depending to your provided photos and details, we will not also know the result unless its engraved already. Pls do not compare to our sample photo on the ads. You can message us to know more.
