it's pretty effective, the packaging was great, the color is the same as their picture but it doesn't feel that nice on the scalp, it did get my dandruff off with brushing a few times & it doesnt damage my scalp, the bristles are soft, but it feels lowkey rubbery well ig cuz it's made of rubber.
