Suitable for everyone - two different attachments ensure a pleasant rinse - no matter the size of the nose: ideal design for adults or children.
Breathe Better: A sinus rinse can relieve a variety of nasal symptoms, such as a runny nose or postnasal drip. It is suitable for those who suffer from allergies and other sinus problems.
Personal tip from my personal experience:
- For best comfort, use lukewarm water
- Do not blow your nose forcefully after washing, it will be uncomfortable
- Please do not rinse with water, this may cause an uncomfortable "burning sensation".
- Do not use too hot or water, the nose is more sensitive to heat.
- If there is stubborn slime that won't come out, squeeze the bottle for more "power"
- Don't hold your breath, you need to keep your mouth inhaling and exhaling
Step 1: Wash your hands before starting. Fill the nasal rinse to the fill line with warm distilled or pre-boiled water.
Step 2: Pour a packet of nasal salts into the water. Tighten the cap and tube on the travel netipot. Gently shake the nasal cleanser to dissolve the mixture.
Step 3: Standing in front of the sink, lean forward to a comfortable level and bow your head. Keep your mouth open and don't hold your breath. Fit the cap snugly to your right nostril and press the button on the bottom until the solution begins to come out of the other nostril or mouth.
Step 4: Repeat Step 3 for the left nostril.
