It’s really good and it’s my first time using heimish all clean balm. The techniques is to wash your hands first, towel dry, then get a small amount using the spatula, melt the cleansing balm into your palm then apply to your face and it removes even the water proof/ smudge proof makeup products.

How to use
•Use the spatula to scoop a moderate amount of balm on to your dried face. The balm will start to melt at this point. Gently massage the product, spreading it to areas you want to cleanse and wash off with warm water.
