Item: Angels Breath Scent

Just was not keen in spending time to return it. It has little scent like Angel's breath. I think the proportion of Ethyl and water is not 70/30% as it does not produce even a small flame when tested to indicate there is alcohol content in it when compared to other 70% ethyl alcohol I bought online.
