Mas unahing lagyan yung mga part na may sumpa (pwet,singit,tuhod,siko,paa,batok) ibabad mo muna ng mga 10minutes bago ibuo sa katawan.

Ibabad ng 20-30minutes kung kaya mo ng 1hour mas maganda
Magbuhos ng isang beses o konting tubig then imassage sa body yung mga nakadikit na product, para maexfoliate din yung skin nung scrub nya na kasama bago banlawan ng bongga.
Mas mabilis makakutis artista kapag consistent. gamitin everyday straight ng 7 days, after mo mabuo yung 7 days, 3x a week nalang.
