1. Please see the second picture of our product, whether the charging plug is inserted reversely

2. The voltage of some USB charging plugs is not enough, please change to another USB charging plug

3. Some watches need to be activated because they have been stored for a long time. The activation method: repeatedly plug and unplug the watch for 15 minutes each time until the watch can be turned on

1.Please charge more than 1 hour for first time use. And long press the home button to turn on the watch.

2.This watch is USB direct charge,after removing the strap,you can find the USB interface

3.If you find that the watch is not charging, it may be that the USB interface and the plug is not full contact. Please try other plug charging！

4.When the watch is connected to the phone, the time will be automatically synchronized.
