Wyeth Nutrition S-26 is available in 400g, 1.2kg, 1.8kg, and 2.4kg in formulas suitable for kids ages 6 to 12 months. HOW TO PREPARE S-26 PROPERLY: • Wash your hands carefully. • Wash bottle, teat, and cap thoroughly. Boil for five minutes. Leave covered until use. Wash the scoop and dry before use. • Boil drinking water and allow to cool.  • Strictly follow the feeding table. First, pour water into the bottle. Then, add powder using only the scoop provided, carefully levelling off the extra powder. Using more or less powder than indicated will either lead to dehydration or deprive your baby of proper nutrition. Do not change proportions without medical advice. One Scoop = 4.5 grams (approx.). Mix 1 scoop of S26 to 30 mL (1 fl. oz) of water. • After each use, place the bag and scoop in an air tight container. Make sure the scoop is dry. Store it in a cool and dry place. Use within 4 weeks of opening. • Cap the feeding bottle, and shake well until powder is fully dissolved. Check temperature before feeding the baby. *Infants older than 6 months require complementary foods in addition to formula. *Consult your health care professional before introducing any new food to baby's diet.
