》Measure your bust size: Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust, typically over the nipples. Make sure the tape is parallel to the ground and not too tight or too loose. Round the measurement to the nearest whole number.
》Calculate cup size: Subtract your band size from your bust size to find your cup size. Each inch of difference represents one cup size:
1 inch difference: A cup
2 inch difference: B cup
3 inch difference: C cup
4 inch difference: D cup
And so on...
For example, if your band size is 34 inches and your bust size is 37 inches, the difference is 3 inches, making your cup size a C.
