ACC Whipping Creme Non-Dairy Cream Paste
It is a non-dairy cream paste. It is very stable at room temperature.
Instructions:
1. Whip contents at medium speed for two (2) minutes.
2. Add 400-500g of milk or water gradually while whipping at low speed. Once the milk or water binds to the mixture gradually increase speed to medium and continue whipping for two (2) minutes.
3. Whip at high speed for another one (1) minute.
