Item legit I tried it satisfied but in severe clogged status you need liquid sulotion and then pump it.

It really worked. Toilet bowl was clogged due to a newly opened body soap that fell into the toilet bowl. After several pumps, toilet bowl can flush again.

Nice one things i thought the neck is flexible but it is not so added a hose with the spring inside so it won't pitch as I bend it to fit on the hole of the toilet bowl.
