March 22 when i bought this item. The item delivered was TOTALLY DAMAGE so i immediately requested for a return not knowing that the shipping cost will be 2k so i told the seller what to do. What they did is offer for a replacement which until now is not happening. Paikot ikot lang NO RESOLUTION

Magaan yung dispenser at kerikeri na kahit babae kapa maglagay nga Water Gallon nasa ibaba lang kasi. Mabilis mag Heat yung Hot water Basta once 1st turn on wait lang talaga ILANG MINS para ma COLD yung cold water. Yung manual nila may explaination kaya basahin talaga.
