hoping na effective sa baby ko (finger cross) sobrang hirap ng sleeping routine niya now, gising ng 3pm then tulog ng 9 or 10pm then gising ulit ng 12 or 1am then tulog ng 7am. gusto ko na mabalik yung normal na sleep routine niya hirap kumilos sa umaga ng puyat.
