Cook: Preheat a takoyaki pan or a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease with oil.

Pour & Fill: Pour the batter into the pan, filling each mold halfway. Add a small piece of cheese in the center and cover with more batter.

Flip & Fry: Cook until the bottoms are golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until fully golden and crispy.
