This is the second time the item has crack and they never refund it anymore. Nag bayad ako ng maayos pero hanggang ngayon sira yung product na pinadala nyo! San yung refund? Ilang chat na ko walang response. Kailangan ko para sa ipad ko pero wala kayong binabalik na hindi defect yung item!
